There’s still a little room at the festival for a few more amazing vendors or food service providers.
Vending spots are $175 and include one festival admission. Additional staff admissions can be purchased for $80/ea. Please fill out the form below and a Satellite rep will get in touch to chat with you about the possibilities.
FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

We’re currently seeing amazing individuals to assist with: Setup & Take Down | Stage Crew | Clean Crew | Signage & Gate Crew | First Aiders & Security | General Help
Minimum work commitment is 2-3 six-hour shifts (prior to, during or after the event) Depending on how many volunteers signup.
Volunteer Perks:
- Full festival access.
- Campsite for the weekend.
- Access to the Volunteer Snack table.

Living Art! @bodyartmotion made Satellite even more beautiful with their appearance. Truly a LIVE art installation that fit the vibe perfectly. It was wonderful to see them not only on stage but also wandering the grounds adding magick wherever they went.

Art is everywhere! One of the comments on our survey was that there were no art installations. We had more art last year and sadly a couple artists cancelled on us pretty last minute. While we weren’t heavy on the art this year - it is planned for future years and will be an integral part of the festival and land. Body Art Motion did provide us with a LIVE art installation and we are so grateful.
Permanent art pieces will someday adorn the land and we will have a beautiful haven to provide inspiration and encouragement for artists and art appreciators alike.
